New Hanover County Animal Services staff says he came in as a stray with a microchip, but his owner never claimed him. Staff says he has a happy-go-lucky personality, loves belly rubs and will try to get in your lap.
New Hanover County Animal Services is located at 180 Division Drive in Wilmington. County residents can adopt for $70. If you have another dog or kids at home…a meet and greet is required.
